Reviews & Ratings
After every transaction, both renters and owners leave honest reviews. This creates transparency and helps you make informed decisions. Reviews include ratings for communication, item accuracy, and overall experience.
Fraud Detection
Our systems continuously monitor for suspicious activity including unusual booking patterns, payment anomalies, and reported behavior. Accounts flagged for fraud are immediately suspended pending investigation.
Secure Messaging
All communication happens within our platform where it can be referenced for disputes. This protects both parties and creates a clear record of all agreements and conversations.
Protected Payments
Payments are held securely until the rental is complete. Owners receive payment only after successful item return, and deposits are protected through our fair dispute resolution process.

Fair Dispute Resolution

We make a fair determination which may include refunds, deposit adjustments, or account actions. Decisions are typically made within 3-5 business days.
